Conifer Securities – San Francisco

Conifer Securities located space for its corporate offices and trading floor in San Francisco’s newly renovated Ferry Building. The firm enlisted Huntsman to develop new offices that complement expansive bay views and provide a modern workplace within the historic building. The design team created a program that would work with Conifer’s space needs for internal staff as well as for sub-tenants that would share offices and meeting rooms. Huntsman developed a spatial kit-of-parts package that allows for easy reconfiguration of trading floor space.
