Quintiles – Green Park

Quintiles a contract research company providing a wide range of clinical research services for biotech and pharmaceutical clients all over the world. Their new UK Headquarters is at 500 Brook Drive, Green Park. The office consolidates all staff from three separate offices into the one BREEAM Excellent rated building.  Many specialist facilities are incorporated, including a business lounge, restaurant, conference suite, training suite and coffee bar. The workspace accommodates up to 700 staff and supports flexible working in both open plan workstations and cellular hot offices. The project won the BCO Regional Fit Out of Workspace Award in 2012.




The building was designed by Scott Brownrigg’s architects for Prupim.
