Mayfair Office Space – London

This office is based in Mayfair London, it’s located within a Grade II Listed building. The 40,000 square foot space underwent an extensive refurbishment, the team behind the project being Scott Brownrigg.

Flexible, light and modern interior whilst retaining a boutique feel that pays respect to the building’s prestigious residential roots. The boldest intervention in the refurbishment is the conversion of one of the building’s original courtyards from an enclosed space with glazed roof into a compact yet stunning roof terrace, finished in luxurious hardwood decking. The bright and organic theme continues through to the main breakout and holding lounge.
