Burj Khalifa, Dubai – World’s tallest building has empty offices
The Burj Khalifa is the world’s tallest building, and clearly the most famous address in the Gulf, if not the world. Despite this, around two-thirds of the office space still lies empty (compared to the residential space which is almost 80% occupied). One owner of such commercial office space even tried to sell an entire floor in the Burj Khalifa on an auction site!
