   First, koodo’s the the mentally challenged zoning board that approved this hideous design. I can’t imagine the angst of the neighbors when the saw what was going up. And it seems that if you want privacy, wouldn’t you have design something that stood out less and let less translucent surfaces, regardless of their elevation? Yuck…………………….
