And here we meet again after our fantastic annual Partner Conference which took place this past June 9th and 10th across some of London’s coolest and most creative workspaces. We were thrilled to host the 3rd edition of the eOffice Flexible Working Conference, a unique and tailor made two-day event designed for our international coworking and business centre partners.
The conference gathered a great crowd of international space operators and facilitators with a carefully selected list of inspiring keynote speakers, excellent networking opportunities, and insightful tours to some of the most innovative and dynamic workspaces in the City of Opportunity.
Providing a fresh approach of the latest workplace trends leading to the future, the conference was divided into 4 different sessions, each held in a different venue to inspire and engage. This year’s venues included eOffice, The Charlotte Street Hotel, Spaces, WeWork, HuckleTree and RunwayEast.
The programme started on Thursday 9th June with a networking lunch at eOffice, followed by a session dedicated to the importance of flexibility in today’s workplace held at The Charlotte Street Hotel’s state-of-the-art private cinema.
The second session took place later that afternoon in the fresh and creative working environment of Spaces (recently acquired by Regus), where we discussed how technology can maximise efficiency in the workplace.
This year’s event was organised in collaboration with the The Social Workplace Conference, which took place on Friday morning at WeWork Moorgate to explore the human side of the modern workplace.
As the first coworking operator in London and Europe, eOffice founder Pier Paolo Mucelli, opened the morning session with a detailed and concise overview of today’s workplace environments and the most pressing questions facing real estate, wellbeing and the changing nature of the workplace.
During our final session held at at HuckleTree’s new location in Finsbury Square we discussed about Proptech and how new technologies are transforming the property market and the workplace.
After this compelling two-day programme we wrapped up the day in the heart of London’s tech and financial districts with an inspiring workplace tour and closing drinks at RunwayEast.
We’re looking forward to seeing you again this year and welcoming many new participants belonging to the flexible workplace industry!
