Ricoh, one of the world’s leading innovators of office equipment technology, has recently picked new office space London. The step will see the company’s regional HQ move to the new central London office space.
The 4,000 square metre office will be located at Regent’s Place, and is expected to house the company’s office space and conference rooms – all in all housing some 350 employees. The offices will also include a 24-person boardroom, 49 meeting rooms and video-conferencing.
The move coincides with the company’s intention to move more meetings in-house, and to increase its video conferencing capabilities in London. The European executive Vice President Ian Winham has been quoted as saying: “Ricoh’s environmental focus has always been a driving factor to reduce unnecessary travel time and hold a video conference wherever possible. The new systems will continue to support Ricoh’s ability to do this.”
