By their own admission, Oktra design is a company with humble beginnings. They started in the early 1900s producing manufacturing equipment and furniture, but their business has adapted and thrived through a century of extraordinary innovation and rapid change. Now they’re one of the foremost office design, project management and construction specialists in London. They recently completed the design of a M&C Saatchi’s London offices, aiming to create a look that reflected their current ethos of “getting back” to the simplicity of black and white.
The openness of the main spaces for creativity, communication and lightness was important to the basis of the scheme. Populated by quiet areas by the use of high back sofa pods and an open bar/coffee station for that 5 minute conversation and drink.
