Mad Agency – London

Jefferson Hack is the editorial director and publisher of the Dazed Group, but he is also known for previously dating model Kate Moss. Currently, he is the creative director of MAD Agency London and their head office is pictured below. The space is tasteful and not over the top, and overall the outcome is an impressive timeless design.
The space was designed by DOS Architects and is located in an old warehouse space on London’s Old Street. The use of wood and neutral tones gives a warm and welcoming feel, with the intention being to preserve the industrial character of the existing building, whilst adding a layer of warmth and modernity in the bespoke joinery and finishes and lighting. We especially like the staircase which is designed in such a way that the room across is visible giving an impression of a larger space.

This play of light and dark, old and new is what again distinguishes this project as yet another remarkable refurbishment by the DOS team.
