LG’s North American Office

This LEED Gold Certified office is the North American HQ of LG, it’s based in Englewood Cliffs New Jersey. The office complex is 45,800 sq. m. and features a central building surrounded by beautiful scenery. Interior planted walls form the feature walls in the two interconnected lobbies, creating a winter garden for LG’s people.

Design of LG’s new headquarters is shaped around sustainable drivers: the sun, water, interior landscape and restoring the natural habitat. HOK’s design, which reduces energy use by 61 percent compared to similar existing buildings, features strategies for daylight harvesting to reduce the need for electric lights.
