The 6th Annual Coworking London Conference kicks off next week (27-28 June), and will take place across 8 London coworking venues.
The educational event, organised by eOffice, London’s first open-plan coworking brand, in partnership with sponsors, Essensys and AREA, will feature 30 of the leading voices in commercial real estate’s fastest growing sub-sector: flexspace.
“The London flex market is experiencing rapid growth, from 2% of the overall office stock in 2009, growing to 6% today. Experts say we’ll reach 11% in 2023. The popularity of coworking is a big contributor to such high growth, and we need to continue discussing best practises to meet the evolving needs of today’s workforce” says Pier Mucelli, eOffice CEO.
The Coworking London Conference brings together global workplace specialists, operators, landlords, facility managers, and trend setters in architecture, interior design and technology. The conference format is quite unique as it includes a visit to the most innovative coworking spaces cross Central London including eOffice, HubHub, One Heddon Space, Office space in Town, Uncommon, The Clubhouse Bank, Primal Base, and Allbright.
Participants will learn and network with experts over two days through talks and panel discussions around such topics as Flexibility is Disrupting Commercial Real Estate, Coworking Stats + Trends, Unique Business Models and Specialisation, Workplace Wellbeing and Technology, Smart Buildings and the role of AI in the Future Office.
