We are thrilled to share that our high-quality coworking partner Mindspace, based in the startup-buzzing city of Tel Aviv, has headed toward two other big entrepreneurial hubs – Berlin and Hamburg. Scheduled for March 2016, the launch of their two new coworking spaces based at the “The Q” in Berlin and at the “Altes Klöpperhaus” in Hamburg will present a total floor surface of 5,000 m²offering over hundreds of desk spaces and private offices for companies of all sizes. As their first branches outside of Israel, Mindspace has made sure to pack their best practise and trendy appeal, which has made the brand one of the leading flexible workspace providers in the country.
Opening doors in Quartier 205 in Berlin, also known as an exclusive shopping center “The Q”, Mindspace will be just stone throw from Internet giants like Google or Delivery Hero– one of the best prerequisite for the networking opportunities of the Mindspace community. The location is easily accessible by public transportation and offers its members own bicycle and car parking.
Mindspace Hamburg will be based at “Altes Klöpperhaus” – the over 100 years old, Grade II listed building with up to 3.80 meters high ceilings and imposing sandstone façade. The building is located just opposite the Rödingsmarkt metro station, which is a great advantage in terms of transportation and easy access to the coworking space.
“We are very pleased to establish new Mindspace communities in such extraordinary cities as Berlin and Hamburg, the home to many young, well-known companies,” says Dan Zakai, co-founder and CEO, Mindspace and adds: “Berlin and Hamburg is just the start. We are already planning to open further Mindspace locations in Germany “.
Mindspace will infuse each centre with their signature boutique style interior in a spacious, open-plan office space. All conference and meeting rooms are equipped with the latest technology, offering professional image and comfort. A big portion of the floor plan is dedicated to lounge areas and coffee break spots to stimulate impromptu meeting and collaboration between the members of the community.
Each space will have a community manager in charge of all the networking events and initiatives in support of the startups and entrepreneurs, which the IT Service Manager will have hands on approach to all digital concerns. Members will also gain exclusive benefits from the established partnerships between Mindspace and companies like Amazon, Microsoft, different financial and administrative services, as well as health clubs, and more. Mindspace bicycles will be also up for grabs in case of a need for short distance transportation.
“Mindspace offers more than just desk space. We are convinced that successful ideas are created together. We rely on the strength of the community and the success of networking – online and in real life, “says Yotam Alroy, Mindspace co-founder and Director of Marketing and operation.
What’s more, Mindspace is organizing a series of inspiring networking events such as Founder presentations, Startup Speed Dating, courses and workshops, taking space in the multimedia event space, also open to external guests. With the specially devised Mindspace app, members will have the opportunity to contact each other, reserve rooms, organize events, share information and experiences and have a worldwide access to the rich pool of knowledge of every Mindspace member.
