Coworking Space – London, Paddington

The Office Group is a provider of coworking spaces in London. This office is part of their Joint Venture with Network Rail in that the coworking space is actually within Paddington train station itself. There are two entrances, one from the road and one directly from platform 1. The building was designed and built by Brunel, and is Grade 1 Listed. The overall design makes use of clean lines and neutral colours, however as is the fashion these days, wood is used to give the space a feeling of warmth and depth.

We’ve worked with some brilliant architects, DMFK, to restore everything….the mouldings, brick-vaulted ceilings, arches, steel columns etc. There are no suspended ceilings or recessed lighting, just lots of space and natural light.
