Urban Outfitters recently moved into a new Corporate Campus, all made from recycled and renovated buildings! The award winning project consists of two run-down and historic buildings in Philadelphia’s Navy Yard. It was designed by Meyer Scherer & Rockcastle, who aimed to preserve some of the building’s factory characteristics by keeping the industrial materials and large open spaces. They also wanted to create a space that allowed the company’s staff to relax and unwind in their free time – with a staff turnover rate of 11%, it’s clear that staff are happy!
