SYKES is a global leader in providing customer contact management solutions and services in the business process outsourcing. This is the company’s new call centre located in Lakeland, Florida. The office was designed by the architectural design firm Gresham, Smith and Partners, and aims at improving collaboration between, and wellness amongst, its employees. The space is modern and energetic, and uses ample open workstations and hotdesks. We especially like the vibrant graphics used to give the space an edgy feel!
Its design creates an improved work environment centred on collaboration, energy, efficiency and employee wellness. It will serve as a prototype for future SYKES call centre renovations.
