This stunning office is located in Spain, and is the space of SGAE. SGAE is the main collecting society for songwriters, composers and music publishers in Spain.
The interestingly ancient looking structure, constructed by Ensamble Studios, spans over 32,000 square feet. The office space is divided into four floors; diffusion, formation, public area and management.
There are multiple accesses from the garden and the street. There’s a wall entirely of CD’s that sandwiches between the stone exterior and cool, concrete interior to diffuse the various spaces. The exterior is comprised of Mondariz Grey stone, with pieces being pulled straight from the overage at the quarry.
