The architectural firm Taranta Creations has created their own office space in Shanghai, China. The design was aimed at replicating the relentless creative processes which the studio undertakes. What’s more this stylish and beautiful Shanghai office at the same time aims to create an adaptable space that can function in a range of informal situations.
According to the designers:
The large ‘work floor’ invites the designers to use the open space for thinking, sketching, meeting, drafting, modelling, sitting and relaxing. This informal interpretation of office space encourages cross-pollination between the different projects and disciplines occurring within the studio. Informal and contoured, the central staircase is reminiscent of a large droplet of water ready to fall from the ceiling.
