Locomotive – Stockholm Office

This is the Stockholm office of Locomotive, a Swedish advertising firm. The office was completed in 2011, and was designed by the architectural firm MER.  The design makes use of clean clinical white surroundings, which give the office a very chic and minimalist feel.  Despite this, splashes of colour are used to give the office a creative and vibrant feel, and so the office avoids feeling empty and cold. Overall this is one funky office, which is impeccably formed.

In the previous office the employees were sitting through different floors and it was necessary to improve the contact between the work groups. MER found a unique office space in the center of Stockholm. It has direct exposure to the street, as well as an office area divided in two floors with an atrium in the middle.
