The London headquarters for Lend Lease are part of a major office and retail development at Regent’s Place in London’s West End and designed to consolidate Lend Lease’s asset base within the United Kingdom. Woods Bagot was tasked to deliver a highly sustainable office environment that would exemplify Lend Lease’s values and brand as part of a mixed-use development.

Key features include a habitat wall adjacent the level two cafe terrace and a bio-diverse roof terrace which staff are encouraged to take an active role in managing along with breakout zones and multiple ‘refresh points’ to give Lend Lease’s employees ownership of the spaces they work in.
