San Francisco Office – Free Rage

Square has recently had new headquarters designed by Studio O+A in San Francisco. The office space will occupy Chronicle Building and was designed to free their workers from desks. It allows employees to be footloose in their choice of work area and so takes hotdesking to a new level. While traditional hotdesking allowed employees to move from desk to desk, this office allows employees to free themselves of the desk all together!
If you think about it this move makes great sense, modern technologies such as laptops, Wi-Fi and smartphones have made the traditional method of working obsolete in many industries. Such an approach will foster happier workers, and as such greater results – can’t beat a win win situation!
