Health Care REIT – Toledo Office Space
Health Care REIT is a leading real estate investment trust, their office space is located in Toledo on a 166 acre park campus. They acquired the space from the former Dana Corporation, and transformed the slightly dated looking HQ into a modern and energetic office!
The neo-classical facade of the original building, considered a local landmark by many, was preserved by inserting strategically located glass window walls under the central portico, below roof pediments, and at the dining and fitness areas at the north end of the building.
