The Empire State Building is a 103-story skyscraper located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and West 34th Street. It has a roof height of 1,250 feet, and with its antenna spire included, it stands a total of 1,454 ft high. This is the office space of a women’s apparel brand, which occupies a whole floor of this wonderful building. The space was created by Spacesmith and B & Co and includes over 25 showrooms, multiple designer work areas and even a fabric library.
The exposed brickwork, pipes and ducts, polished concrete walls and hanging Edison bulbs. They give to the space certain industrial aesthetic, but the austere emanation was required so that the products of the firm and its garment production, design, fitting and marketing can stand out.
