Stelmat Teleinformatica is a Brazilian telecoms company with a stylish new office building in Cuiabá, Brazil. The office space is around 2,500 square meters and makes the most of an open layout. We especially love how the bright yellow furniture matches impeccably the Lichtenstein print on the wall, giving the whole office an overall “pop art” feel.
The building was designed by AboutBlank to include many environmentally friendly features throughout.
Several technological options give a great emphasis to the building on the sustainability factor. Green roofs, brise-soleil, photovoltaic panels and rainwater reuse, among others, provide great energy efficiency and reduce the usage of resources, fulfilling the company’s goal not only for economic reasons but also for its pedagogic character.
