Bombardier is a Canadian multinational aerospace and transportation company, founded by Joseph-Armand Bombardier as L’Auto-Neige Bombardier Limitée in 1942. Starting as a maker of snow machines or snowmobiles, over the years it has been a large manufacturer of regional aircraft, business jets, mass transportation equipment, recreational equipment and a provider of financial services. This Fortune Global 500 conglomerate moved into new offices located in Crespin, France. The space was designed by Sakariba 126 Architecture, and houses 450 employees.
Workstations are flanked regularly by red lounge-like seating for staff to take breaks or have quick meetings. The red pods are also topped with additional lighting and sound dampening to create a more comfortable and private environment.
