Definitions:
- The ‘Provider’ means eOffice
- The ‘Partner’ means the operator of the workspace listed in the Platform and signed up to the eOffice eNetwork
- The ‘Member’ means the person/business who is the user of any service/product
- The ‘Service(s)’ means any service/product selected or booked by the Member
- The ‘Platform’ means the eOffice eNetwork website as operated on www.eoffice.net
- The ‘Listing’ means the page(s) on the Platform describing the Partners workspace locations and services.
- The “Membership Agreement ” means the Partner’s agreement with eOffice eNetwork
- The ‘Agreement’ means the service agreement between the Member and the Partner
For Members
1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE.
eOffice 2000 Ltd operates the website www.eoffice.net and allows users referred to as “Members” to search for, get quotes for, arrange tours, and book online office space services worldwide. The Service(s) is provided by hand-picked eOffice eNetwork Partners and includes but is not limited to office space, meeting rooms, coworking, virtual office, and day passes.
These terms and conditions govern the use of this Platform, and by using this Platform and associated Service(s), you are bound by these terms and conditions and the eOffice eNetwork’s Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use.
2. SERVICES
Depending on the Service(s) chosen, the Member is entitled to use the Partner’s Service(s) as stated in the Agreement if signed or as detailed below.
2.1 PRIVATE OFFICE SPACE
2.1.1 Private office space service includes using assigned workstation(s), including the desk and chair within a private office, and the use of Service is subject to the Partner’s terms of service.
2.2 COWORKING/DAY PASS
2.2.1 Coworking and Day Pass service includes using a workstation (the desk and chair), including an internet connection, up to the number of hours included in the Service. The use of the Service is subject to the Partner’s terms of service.
2.3 VIRTUAL OFFICE
2.3.1 Depending on the Service(s) chosen, the Member is entitled to use the Partner’s business address(es) and telephone number(s) as stated in the Agreement. The use of the Service is subject to the Partner’s terms of service.
2.4 MEETING ROOMS
2.4.1 Meeting Room service includes the use of meeting rooms, boardrooms and conference services by the day(s), half day or hour(s). The use of the Service is subject to the Partner’s terms of service.
3. BOOKING ONLINE
Depending on the Service(s) chosen, the Member is entitled to book the Partner’s Service(s) online as stated on the Platform. These include but are not limited to a) Day Pass, b) Virtual Office, and c) Meeting Rooms.
3.1 DAY PASS
3.1.1 Day Pass booking online service includes using a workstation (the desk and chair), including an internet connection, for a single day.
3.1.2 Day Pass booking online service includes a one-day pass per person and is subject to availability.
3.1.3 Access for the Member will be during the Partner’s opening hours and may vary slightly amongst different Partners.
3.2 VIRTUAL OFFICE
3.2.1 Virtual Office booking online service includes using business address(es) and telephone number(s) as stated in the Platform.
3.2.2 Virtual Office booking online service requires payment for the first month of rental fees upon booking and is subject to signing an Agreement with the Partner.
3.2.3 The Agreement is signed directly with the Partner and will require Members to provide supporting documentation and adhere to the contract terms between Member and Partner.
3.2.4 The Agreement may require the settlement of additional fees before the commencement of Service(s), such as set-up fees, deposit, membership fees and call or mail forwarding charges. The Member will pay all additional fees and subsequent monthly rental fees directly to the Partner.
3.3 MEETING ROOMS
3.3.1 Meeting Room booking online service includes the use of meeting rooms, boardrooms and conference services by the day(s), half day or hour(s) as specified in the Platform.
3.3.2 Meeting Room booking online service allows the Member to select the date, time and meeting room size required for the booking and is subject to availability.
3.3.2 Meeting Room booking online service requires full payment for the booking duration.
4. MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Members are responsible for communicating any changes they require to their booking directly with the Provider if booked online via the Platform or with the Partner.
4.2 Members are responsible for any additional fees, charges or taxes associated with any changes or modifications to their bookings.
4.3 The Service(s) may be cancelled with 24 hours notice for a) Day Pass and b) Meeting Rooms. Cancellations for Service(s) booked online must be sent via email to the Partner providing the service and the Provider in copy.
4.4 Cancellation for all Service(s) that required an Agreement to be signed, including but not limited to a) Virtual Office, b) Coworking and c) Private Office, are subject to terms of the Agreement.
5. PAYMENT & FEES
Depending on the Service(s) chosen, the Member will submit an inquiry for a quote or book the Partner’s Service(s) online as stated on the Platform.
5.1 If the Member submits an online inquiry for Service(s):
5.1.1 Payments for Service(s) booked are paid directly to the Partner and subject to the Partner’s terms of sale.
5.1.2 The Provider will confirm the availability of Service(s) booked with the Partner before taking payment.
5.2 If the Member books a Service(s) online via the Platform:
5.2.1 Payments for Service(s) booked are paid to the Provider.
5.2.2 Payments are payable in advance and are refundable with a 24 hours cancellation notice. Payment must be made by a valid credit card designated by the Member.
5.2.3 Any changes to the Service(s) that require additional fees will be paid directly to the Partner.
5.2.4 If the Partner cannot provide the Service(s) after the Member has made the payment, the Provider will issue a full refund.
6. USE OF THE PARTNER’S FACILITIES
6.1 The Member will have use of the Partner’s facilities in accordance with the Service(s) booked, which includes but is not limited to the following; a) Day Pass, b) Coworking, c) Office Space and d) Meeting Rooms.
6.2 The Partner will supply the following accommodation services to the Member during business opening hours (which may change from time to time), Monday to Friday (other than public holidays):
6.2.1 The heating, lighting, cleaning and maintenance of the workstation and the centre.
6.2.2 The use in common with others of equipment and those parts of the centre intended by the Partner for use by the Member and others, including the kitchen (if any) and communal areas.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE.
7.1 The Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue all or part of the Service, with or without notice to the Member, and is under no obligation to support or update the Service.
7.2 The amended Terms shall be effective immediately after publication on the Provider’s website, www.eoffice.net. The Member’s continued use of the Service after posting the amended Terms on the Site constitutes (a) acknowledgement of the Terms and its modifications by the Member; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the Terms, as amended.
7.3 The Member acknowledges and agrees that the Provider shall not be liable to the Member or Partner if the Provider exercises its right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Service.
7.4 The Provider reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change Member pricing upon 30 days’ notice.
8. MEMBER’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 The Member shall be entitled to receive the services subject to these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 The Member must only carry on business in the name specified on the Agreement.
8.3 The Member must only use the business centre for office purposes and only for the business stated in the Agreement or subsequently agreed with the Partner.
8.4 The Member will not carry on any business which could be construed by the Partner as illegal, defamatory, immoral or obscene and will not use the business centre, whether directly or indirectly, for any such purpose.
8.5 The Member must refrain from carrying on a business that involves frequent public visits or competes with the Partner business.
8.6 The Member may use the address of the business centre as his/her business address, but not as the Registered Office of your business, unless previously agreed with the Partner. In this case, there may be a further charge as per the Partner’s current price list.
8.7 The Member’s obligations are to pay the stipulated fee and the costs of all other services provided on the due dates and to perform all of the obligations on the part of the Member contained in the Agreement.
8.8 The Member will fully indemnify the Partner against any expenses, costs, claims, damages or penalties incurred by the Partner in connection with this Agreement, howsoever occasioned.
8.9 It is the Member’s responsibility to arrange insurance for his/her property, brought into the business centre and for his/her liability to employees and third parties.
8.10 While the Agreement is in force and for six months after it ends, the Member must not solicit or offer employment to any of the Partner’s staff. If the Member does so, the Partner estimates its loss at the equivalent of one year’s salary for each of the employees concerned, and the Member must pay the Partner damages equal to that amount.
8.11 The Member agrees to comply with the procedures and regulations the Partner generally imposes on business centre users for health, safety, and other reasons. The Member’s responsibility is to ensure that everyone in the business centre, with his/her permission or invitation, complies with the Partner’s house rules.
8.12 The Member must always respect the privacy and convenience of others using the space. The Member agrees not to do anything:
8.12.1 that will cause nuisance or annoyance
8.12.2 that will interfere with the use of the business centre
8.12.3 that will increase the insurance premiums that the Partner has to pay,
8.12.4 or cause loss or damage to the Partner or the owner of the building containing the business centre.
9. DISCLAIMER
9.1 Although the Provider makes every effort to validate and approve each Partner and their Listing on the Platform, the Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of Listings, including the quality of the Partner’s space, Service offering and pricing information.
9.2 The Member must be at least 18 years old and of legal capacity to enter into an Agreement to access and use the Service(s) offered on the Platform.
9.3 The Member understands that by using the Service on the Platform:
9.3.1 It will be provided by one of the Partners of the eOffice eNetwork.
9.3.2 The Provider is not responsible for the Agreement nor any interactions or transactions between the Partner and Member.
9.3.3 The Provider is not a real estate agent or broker.
9.3.4 The Provider has no control over the Partner’s or Member’s conduct and disclaims any liability in this regard.
