Finnkino Movie Themed Office – Finland
Finnkino Oy is a Finnish film distributor and the biggest cinema chain in Finland. It was established in 1986 as a union of 34 companies working in the film industry. The company’s headquarters are based in the new Aitio Business Park. The goal is to achieve the first BREEAM Excellent environment certificate in Finland. Meeting rooms’ names are James Bond, The Godfather, Star Wars, Gone With The Wind, Chaplin, Mickey and Marilyn.
The brief was to design spaces that supports and matches Finnkino’s corporate brand. Design process started with a staff survey that gathered data about staff’s opinions and attitudes towards change among other things.
