PERQ is a marketing technology and promotions company that helps businesses attract consumers with incentives. They’re a company built of people who love winning the game of business and working towards the common goal of achieving success for their clients.
The company recently completed an extesive re-design of their office space. The building is now not only equipped for collaboration and innovation, but is also equipped for fun too. The office includes a custom scooter track for swift transportation between the building’s 13 meeting/collaboration spaces. There’s also an IU-themed Big Head wall as the backdrop to the basketball hoop in the game room, as well as a custom bar. Several spaces include wall skins, one of which is a custom art installation made of more than 1,500 employee-submitted photos. Each wall represents one of PERQ employees’ key attributes: savvy, competitive greatness, grit and magnetism. 

PERQ’s co-founders say they wanted to re-design the building in order to support employees and create an atmosphere that stimulates creativity, energy and collaboration.
