KINZO Berlin is a German design studio set up in 2004. They aim to solve and provide solutions to the problems associated with temporary structures, interior design as well as furniture and product design. In 2012 they crated an office pilot, essentially a project allowing them to test out flexible environments.
Shaped by the consultants’ unique ‘office day’ and their exceptional needs for both quiet retreats and free-flowing communications, the resulting visual and architectural language hints at the future space. As part of a first step, a pilot project and prototype allows prospective users to try out and experience the new environment. In close collaboration with the client, KINZO designed six prototype office modules. Available for testing by the users, these also allow for instant feedback via a dedicated evaluation app running on the integrated iPad.
