HOK is a global architecture firm, and this is their London office space. The project is somewhat special in that it was the UK’s first LEED Gold certified office within the category of commercial interiors. The office is located in London’s Fitzrovia, and aims to create a collaborative work environment where coworking amongst colleagues is encouraged.
The open office plan encourages collaboration while offering visitors insight into the mechanics behind the design process. The dynamic space features many flexible breakout and conference areas. A large atrium at the heart of the office provides an area for informal interaction or larger events. This atrium is used for office gatherings, as gallery space for HOK teams and vendors, and for themed client events.
