Universal Music – Berlin Germany

AUKETT+HEESE are the architects behind Universal Music’s new Berlin Headquarters, which is located in a old cold storage building, which is also listed as a heritage building. The office houses over 500 people over 9 levels, and the total area is roughly around 17,000 square meters. A unique feature of the design was that each company and record-label within Universal Music appointed its own designers to develop individual concepts.

 In addition the building has a restaurant, a club, a sound studio, a kindergarten, a travel agency, hair salon and advertising agency etc.
