Rabobank’s Cardboard Meeting Room – Amsterdam
The Amsterdam studio Sander Architects have designed a set of cardboard meeting rooms for the Dutch bank Rabobank. The office place, which is located in Amsterdam, has meeting rooms which are enclosed by giant cylinders made of cardboard and paper.
The multi-ply cardboard is layered to create textured patterns on the surface of one cylinder. Translucent Japanese paper covers a second cylinder, as well as the springy lanterns that surround circular skylights.
